We are now looking for experienced consultants in Risk Consulting for our offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. In these roles, you will lead teams and actively contribute to the further development of EY's Risk Consulting offering in Sweden.

The Opportunity

As part of the Risk Consulting team, you will work closely with colleagues in Risk and other business areas.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• lead client engagements in risk, governance, and control
• support our clients in identifying, analyzing, and managing strategic, operational, and regulatory risks
• design, implement, and further develop frameworks and processes
• work in areas such as governance, risk management, internal control, internal audit, information and cybersecurity, resilience, and responsible AI
• actively contribute to business development, proposal work, and the further development of Risk Consulting offerings

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

• Relevant academic education, for example in economics, law, IT, information security, or computer science

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in areas such as risk, internal control, internal audit, cybersecurity, information security

• Experience working with regulations, standards, and frameworks such as ISO, NIS2, AI Act, ICFR, and ITGC

• Strong analytical skills as well as good presentation and communication skills

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English – Swedish is a requirement

Preferred

• Experience in project management and/or sales work

• Certifications such as CIA, CISA, and ISO
